Homemade Baby Wipes

Ok So I am not a shopper.  I hate walking into an overcrowded store to get one item, and needless to say I was over my budget for groceries.  I was in a dilema cause I was completely out of wipes for my 11 month old.  So I decided to make my own wipes with what I had on hand at home.  They work wonders and were free from my house!

What you need:

Bounty Paper towels without print
1 T baby shampoo
2 T. baby oil
2 cups of water

Cut the bounty paper towels in half and I took them off the roll to place in my pampers dispenser.  I then folded them so they would come out of the dispenser easy.  (You can also keep them on the roll and put them in a container that they will fit in.  Take the cardboard out after you put in the ingredients. Just remember to use from the middle first)  Mix the shampoo, baby oil, and water together.  Pour over top of the paper towels in the container.  The water will sit there, but will soon be soaked up by the paper towels, thus the jingle the quicker picker upper.

Enjoy!

  1. That is amazing! I am totally impressed I would probably be more apt to try if I wasn't almost done with wipes! Great thinking!
